Ultra-wide-field microscope (compact upright version) / SeMATERAS2

This is a compact upright version of the ultra-wide field microscope SeMATERAS1.
It can perform wide-field observation equivalent to SeMATERAS1 by itself. Also, by adding it to the upper part of an inverted microscope for research use (CUS-BF, etc.), wide-field fluorescence observation (upper part) and high-magnification observation (lower part) can be performed on the same sample.
- When using SeMATERAS2 alone, fluorescent and simple dark-field images of glass slide samples can be observed with a wide field of view of about 6 mm in diameter.
For dark-field observation of thick samples such as culture dishes, use the ring LED illumination from below the sample.(Both top and bottom are possible with sliding glass)
- When used in combination with an inverted microscope such as CUS-BF, wide-field observation is limited to fluorescence only, and simple dark-field observation cannot be used.
(When introduced to an inverted microscope other than CUS-BF, additional processing of the base is required.)
