  • If the pump is stopped during load operation and immediately restarted afterwards, it may not restart. In this case, return the inside of the pump to atmospheric pressure.
  • Do not suction corrosive gases, organic solvents, liquids, or condensable gases (water vapor, etc.). Do not allow dust, dirt, etc. to enter the pump.
  • This vacuum pump is designed for indoor use only. Do not install the pump outdoors or in a location where it will be exposed to rain or water.
  • Prolonged operation near atmospheric pressure may cause the pump to malfunction in a short period of time.
