The laser introduction direction can be changed by 180° or any direction by loosening the set screws on the mounting adapter for the Observation Unit with Coaxial Illumination (OUCI).
Four M3 tapped holes are provided on the laser incident side for connection to a 30 mm Optical Cage System.
▶The standard objective lens mounting screw is Φ26×0.706, but the Φ20.32×0.706 can be supported by attaching the adapter that is normally included with the Observation Unit with Coaxial Illumination.
▶Various types of objective lenses are available. Long Working Distance Objective Lens (WEB reference/catalog code W3086), glass thickness corrected UV objective lens (WEB reference/catalog code W3463), Ultra-violet Objective Lens (WEB reference/catalog code W3464), Infrared (NIR) Objective Lens (WEB reference/catalog code W3465).

Attention

Introduce the laser with a beam diameter smaller than the pupil diameter of the objective lens.
Adjustment tools (hex wrench, screwdriver) are not included.
▶The internal mirror has an adjustment mechanism, but it is intended only for fine adjustment. Keep the laser as normal incidence as possible.
▶Coaxial observation images may not be clear while laser introduction is being used in combination.
