This is to notify that there will be changes in specifications on Carriers for Large Optical Rails (CAA-40L) for the purpose of product
improvement. M3 hole of the current model was designed to mount the magnet base. This time, the M3 hole pattern has changed to
enable the mounting of 40mm size manual stages.
Please refer to below of changes in specifications.
１．Part number changes Current Part Number：CAA-40L⇒ New Part Number：CAA-40LN
２．Current Part Number（CAA-40L） This will be discontinued when stock items are sold out.
