平行平面基板-合成石英-正方形 (OPSQ-S)
ガラス基板の両面を平行に研磨した基板です。特注のビームスプリッターや窓などで蒸着膜をコーティングする基板として使用できます。
可視、赤外域で使用できるBK7タイプ、紫外域まで透過が高い合成石英タイプ、Kr*Fエキシマレーザ(248nm)にも使用できるエキシマレーザ用合成石英タイプをご用意しています。平行度が高いものは、レーザの光路中に垂直に平行平面基板を挿入しても、透過ビームの角度は変わりません。
面精度の高いものは、ニュートン原器の代わりとして使用することもできます。
